Turning Point is accepting applications and resumes for a Full-Time Kids Pastor at our Brunswick campus location.
This position is full-time, and will require office hours at our Brunswick, GA location. Salary is based upon experience.
Brunswick, Georgia is a charming city located on the southeastern coast of Georgia. It is the mainland of the Golden Isles and offers beautiful beaches (St Simons Island and Jekyll Island), historic sites, and a vibrant community. Brunswick is conveniently located just off Interstate 95 – about an hour from both Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL, making it an up-and-coming area!
Job Duties:
A committed follower of Jesus Christ who upholds the beliefs of Turning Point Worship Center
Loves kids and parents
Someone who embraces every challenge and finds fun in discovering solutions
Creative visionary who has the ability to appreciate the present but dream bigger for the future
A list-oriented person, who strives to be as productive as possible
The type of person who thrives in a team environment
Someone who enjoys looking at existing work and looking for ways to fine tune every process
Ability to be coached and receive constructive criticism
Love connecting with children and their families
Familiar with scope and sequence for entire year as well as themed Revival Nights
Comfortable promoting your ministry with all forms of media in various aspects (Example: Recording video for social media)
Able to plan, manage, and execute large events such as Easter, Children's Summer Camp, Vacation Bible School, Christmas productions, etc.
Lead the children's ministry with a spirit of excellence
Schedule, manage, communicate, and lead support staff and volunteers
Attend All-Staff meetings on a weekly basis for accountability and direction
