- Spiritual Maturity: A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by a life of prayer, integrity, and commitment to biblical principles.
- Experience: Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience (lead pastor, associate pastor, etc.), with proven leadership in preaching, church growth, and team building.
- Theological Alignment: Be in agreement with our Statement of Faith and a commitment to a Spirit-filled evangelical theology including the authority of Scripture, salvation through faith in Christ, the Great Commission and the present-day power of the Holy Spirit working by healings, deliverance and the fruits of the spirit.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, unify, and lead.
- Pastoral Heart: A genuine love for people, a demonstrated ability to provide care, mentorship, and encouragement to individuals and families.
- Attributes: Passion for evangelism and community outreach.
