Job Description:
Foundation Church, Assembly of God is seeking a full time Lead Pastor.
Foundation Church is located in rural Northern Wisconsin, an area known for its natural beauty. We
are a Spirit led and Spirit filled church with an average attendance of 80, and an official membership of 54. Attendance typically exceeds the average number in the summer as we we_noemaile tourists and our seasonal snowbird population. We are a multi-generational church with a melting pot of religious backgrounds and experiences. Our church is home to traditional families, single parent families, business professionals and retirees. Our reputation in the area is that of a friendly church and one that we_noemailes whomever shows up. Our passion is to love Jesus as we_noemaile together to worship and deepen our relationship with Him. We have a desire to disciple believers, and to reach the lost through missions and outreach into the_noemailmunity.

A pastor that is obedient to God's calling, and believes that calling includes our church
A pastor that is filled and led by the Holy Spirit
A pastor experienced in leading a body desiring the Holy Spirit, and moving in the gifts
of the Spirit
A pastor with a heart for God, His word and prayer, both personally and professionally
A pastor with the heart of a shepherd
A pastor that is humble, approachable, authentic, relational and fun.
A pastor that invests himself and his family in b_noemailing an integral part of our body both in
ministry and in life
Responsibilities of the Lead Pastor:
Lead and guide the church body
Deliver God inspired teachings in Sunday and midweek worship services
Lead and disciple believers to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ
Perform the duties of a shepherd such as nursing home, hospital, and jail visits as well as
phone contacts or home visitation
Oversee other members of the church staff as well as a variety of volunteers
Organize with the help of volunteers, attend and participate in (with family) church outreach,
ministry and social events
Provide administrative leadership for the total church program as well as meet with and work
in a spirit of cooperation with the Board of Deacons and Elders
Lead in the observances of_noemailmunion, baptism and new membership into the assembly
Follow the biblical doctrine as embraced by the Assemblies of God (1 Timothy 3:2-7,Titus
1:6-9,Peter 5:2-3) as well as the guidelines outlined in the church's Constitution and By-Laws
Qualifications:
Must be credentialed and in good standing with the Assemblies of God
Must have a biblical education from an accredited school of ministry
