Job Description:
Looking for a Pastor that will lead our congregation spiritually, create new disciples and be biblically centered. The Pastor is to be punctual, enthusiastic, organized and prepared to deliver their sermon. The Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the congregation is connecting with one another and building a community through strong, healthy and biblically centered ministry. This includes working with the board to develop and execute an annual plan to build our congregation spiritually and make disciples, group leaders, group development, ongoing leadership and coaching of group leaders.
