JOB TITLE: Multimedia Director
DEPARTMENT: Media Ministry

JOB STATEMENT: The Multimedia Director will be a key person in planning and enhancing of Sunday morning service as well as be the point person for all media related elements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Multimedia Director will support and serve all areas of media and creative arts.
a. Oversee the successful execution of Sunday morning services from a media perspective.
b. Work with Senior Pastor and service planning team in developing professional videos to be used as sermon illustrations, worship enhancers and announcements.
c. Develop, lead, and schedule media volunteers.
d. Produce graphic content for worship services.
e. Creative lighting development
f. Branding of sermon series
g. Announcement slides in both Sanctuary and Hallways
h. Promotion of special projects and events
i. Be responsible for the acquisition f time for all church approved broadcasting, and for execution of all written or verbal agreements with broadcasting personnel.
j. Cooperate with the Pastor in giving every help in the optimum use of broadcast time for the church.
k. Coordinate all promotion of broadcasting for the church program and ministries.
l. Be responsible for proper care and use of all church owned broadcasting equipment and the sanctuary public address system.
m. Enlist and train from the church membership volunteer personnel to operate the systems as needed.
n. In consultation with the Pastor and the Associate Pastor prepare an annual budget and r_noemailmend the budget to the Budget Planning Committee.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Broadcast Communications or related field (or equivalent experience), minimum 2years experience working with production software including: FinalCut Pro, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, Compressor, FinalCut Server, AND Photoshop; understanding of multiple video codes including: ProRes422, H.264, MPEG4, MPEG2, Animation, DV/NTSC, DVCPRO; experience shooting with professional cameras and working with studio lighting; aftereffects, Cinema 4D, or other design or production software experience a plus; minimum 2 years experience working in a live multi-camera production environment involving graphics and multiple playback devices. Verifiable experience leading a team of people in various aspects of video production (conceptualization, filming, direction, editing), growing a team of video specialists and raising up other leaders; able to manage time and schedules well and to meet deadline consistently, and a conceptual thinker who is able to see ideas through to_noemailpletion and adaptable to frequent change.
