Must meet qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
Teaching and public speaking
Recruiting, training, and retaining volunteer leaders
Creating safe and fun environments for students and leaders
Strategic calendaring of all program and events.
Budget management, administration, database management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with children/students
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong presentation and teaching skills
Strong relational and team building skills
Organizational & Administration skills for growing, and maintaining an effective teams and programs
Strong written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education is a plus but not required.
