Specific Responsibilities:
*Plan and drive the process of the weekly worship service in conjunction with the pastor. Coordinate bulletin and promotional items with the office Administrative assistant.
*Lead in some form of spiritual formation at every band rehearsal.
*Create weekly bulletin and/or sermon series graphics per theme/season
*Lead worship during services and mentor/oversee other worship leaders.
*Oversee the development, coordination, and scheduling the media, sound and video operators
*Oversee and development of all technological aspects of worship
*Coordinate with other musical groups such as bell choir, additional vocal or instrumental groups and/or solos, band(s), and Children's choir ministries.
*Work closely with pianists/accompanist and lead pastor in coordinating worship meeting bimonthly.
*CCLI Copyright reporting along with keeping license current for rehearsal and performance songs, and video usage.
*Recruit, train, encourage, and coordinate volunteers to serve as a team in all areas of worship
*Oversee Worship Logistics/Planning Team.
*Fully support the mission and vision Cridersville UMC and the United Methodist Denomination.
* Manage the worship slides needed through SSP or other compatible
software for Sunday morning worship including song lyrics, call to worship and other congregational responses and announcements

Continue to strive for a strong faith in Christ and a clear calling to servant leadership in Worship Ministry.

Position is hourly set at 6 to 8 hours per week.
Pay $14.00/hr
