Associate Director of Children's Ministries 25 hours
Sunday Programing Ministry Coordination 8 hours

Guide and lead the Ignite (1st-5th) Sunday program
Recruit, train and inspire volunteers to serve at two services across 8 program offerings.
Lead and empower volunteers to lead large and small group time at Ignite.
Be a presence on the majority of Sundays to lead and guide children and volunteers.
Envision and execute growth strategies in the elementary age group.
Preparing curriculum for elementary age (Ignite).
Organize volunteers to purchase and prepare materials for Ignite & Inspire.
Keep supplies_noemailanized with the assistance of volunteers.
Spark/ VBS Ministry Coordination 11 hours
(177 children plus 25 Flicker: 55 volunteers and 150 volunteer hours per week)
To provide the Spark/ VBS leadership team with practical support.
To assist the leadership team in executing tasks related to registration, launch and grouping.
Assist in the recruitment and training of Spark volunteers from the_noemailmunity and church.
Develop new elective offerings to facilitate space for more children.
Model small group leader role and practical discipleship to children by leading a small group.
Organize and recruit volunteer help for the sorting and preparation of small group supplies and spaces.
Manage database and check-in process.
Administrative 6 hours
Schedule nursery care for all church programs.
Manage nursery workers, provide training and monitoring.
Coordinate hiring of new nursery workers.
Ensure all volunteer paperwork is up-to-date to_noemailply with child protection policy.
Process timesheet.
Recruit volunteers to purchase snacks and other nursery essentials.
Track budget receipts and handle volunteer reimbursement requests for all programing.
Track dashboard numbers and include accurate tracking of Spark and VBS session.
Coordinate the purchase of supplies and materials of children's ministries in collaboration with volunteers.
Coordinating logistics on special events.
Experience and qualifications:
Education or Ministry degree preferred
1+ years experience teaching elementary age children in a school or church context
2+ years experience on staff, paid or unpaid, in a Church leadership role
Experience writing curriculum and managing weekly programing for 100+ children
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated passion for teaching children about Jesus, leading volunteer teams and caring for kids in the church and outside of the church.
Evaluations: Performance reviews will be conducted annually by the Children's Ministry Director.
