Job Description:
The members of Second Shiloh Church of Christ Disciples of Christ are in search of a full-time Pastor to shepherd its flock; a man of God who loves the Word of God; leads with compassion and lives according to biblical teachings. Pastoral candidates must be called, chosen, and sent by God; equipped to lead, inspire, teach, and shepherd a multi-generational community of believers; able to work with established church administrators and officials for the oversight and well-being of this branch of Christ's church.
Major Duties:
•Provide spiritual leadership to the members of the church
•Prepare weekly services- including weekly bible studies
•Preach and oversee worship services
•Interpret biblical scripture
•Provide counseling (including crisis situations) according to the Word of God

Second Shiloh was established in 1953 and through the teachings of Christ Jesus, has faithfully fed people both spiritually through sound teaching and preaching of the Word of God; and for over 25 years has fed people physically through the meal kitchen and food pantry ministries.
