Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a pastor or senior minister.
Bachelor's degree, Master's or Seminary training strongly preferred.
Preaching & Communication:
Excellent communication skills with a passionate and engaging preaching style.
Ability to clearly articulate sound biblical truths in a relevant and applicable manner.
Theological Foundation:
Deep understanding of Baptist doctrine and scriptural principles.
Faithful to biblical authority and committed to Baptist traditions.
Leadership Abilities:
Demonstrated strengths in vision casting, strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and collaborate with ministry teams and staff.
Pastoral Care:
A shepherd's heart with a commitment to providing pastoral support to individuals and families during life's transitions and challenges.
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
Administrative & Financial Acumen:
Strong organizational and administrative skill
