Job Description:
The Four Pillars we have established our church upon are:
- Preaching the authority of the Word of God without apology.
- Passionate praise and worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
- Believing in and practicing the power of prayer.
Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ with courage.
We are seeking a pastor that has strong qualities in:
- Preaching the whole Word, without skipping the difficult or controversial parts.
- Discipleship, particularly in training men.
- Shepherding a body with a wide range of spiritual maturities
He must have a heart for:
- Prayer
- Evangelism
- Counselling
- Worship
- Personal spiritual growth
Expectations:
- Preaching a minimum of 4 out of 5 Sundays.
- Will hold a position with the Overseers for the direction of our church. Decisions are made by prayerful consideration and consensus.
- Joining in the events and opportunities with the congregation when possible.
- Directing office staff and ministry leaders in the day-to-day management of the church.
Salary and benefits to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
