REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3–5 years of experience in video production, sound engineering, photography, web design, social media marketing, and media editing.
Proven experience with live-streaming, video editing, and social media content creation and marketing.
Prior experience in ministry or related environments preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) and knowledge of FCPX, ProPresenter, Easy Worship, VMix, and Wirecast.
Strong experience with Apple and Blackmagic products, professional sound systems (Behringer X32, TASCAM, PreSonus).
Proficiency with professional grade cameras (4K, DSLRs like Panasonic, Canon, Sony).
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software, with a background in media production systems.
Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Theology, or a related field, or extensive equivalent work experience required
Theological training or ministry background preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage and execute high-quality video production, photography, and live-streaming, ensuring all technical and visual standards are met.
Perform video editing, sound engineering, and post-production tasks using professional software (e.g., Premiere Pro, FCPX) for polished media content.
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot live-streaming services for events, ensuring seamless broadcast.
Diagnose and resolve audio, video, and computer hardware/software issues promptly.
Maintain, monitor, and coordinate maintenance for lab equipment, ensuring all hardware and software remain in peak condition.
Recommend upgrades and improvements to lab technology as needed to enhance functionality and creativity.
Collaborate with program participants and team members to develop impactful, story-driven media content for social media, promotional activities, and lab events.
Assist in designing and executing media projects that meet participant goals, using lighting, sound, and composition to elevate storytelling.
Create marketing assets for Preaching Lab, build and grow its social media presence and following.
Manage lab scheduling, ensuring organized and efficient use of resources and timely delivery of all media projects.
Balance technical precision with creative innovation, aligning deliverables with program goals and deadlines.
Engage and assist preachers, students, and guests in understanding and utilizing lab resources effectively.
Provide personalized guidance and support to lab users, enhancing their technical skills and project execution.
Follow the guidance and direction of supervisor(s).
