Job Description:

Our production needs have expanded, and we are seeking a talented Media Production Manager that we can add to our team as they use their gifts to serve our congregation. This position will lead a team of staff and volunteers responsible for creating engaging experiences and by coaching and aligning teams around the production standards set by the Executive Pastor of Creative Arts and ensuring that events/services are adequately scheduled and staffed.

The ideal candidate is one who has received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. He/she shall be a person of spiritual maturity and leadership abilities that will allow him/her to serve in their gifting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading production teams to create engaging weekend experiences
Managing content transfers/delivery and preparing content for event playback
Maintaining a working knowledge (operation/assembly) of production equipment/ systems
Assisting with core projects/events
Preparing & maintaining the campus auditorium; overflow rooms special rooms as needed
Ensuring equipment is clean, updated, labeled, and fully functional at all times
Performing and maintaining quarterly preventative maintenance for production equipment/systems
Managing the process of recruiting, scheduling, training, and coaching volunteers to provide production support in main auditoriums (and other campuses areas as requested)
Maintaining production supplies and storage; batteries, ga? tape, etc
Attending CLC Staff meetings, weekly production meetings, debrief meetings, and additional meetings as required
Filling out daily bookends

Qualifications:

Love for God: Personal, vibrant, and loving relationship with Jesus Christ
Compatibility: Ability to work with and maintain positive relationships with those inside and outside the church
Bachelors, Associates, or Technical Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years' experience or...
4+ years of experience in live production environments
Excellent operational knowledge in at least one production discipline; audio, video (preferred), or lighting
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition)
Proficient with Apple Logic Pro
Proven aesthetic aptitude/detail-oriented
Demonstrated leadership with experience training, managing, and mentoring volunteers
Extensive experience loading in/out and setting/striking production equipment
In-depth knowledge of stage management procedures and safety; electrical, cable paths, storage & organization
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
