Harmony Spiritual Haven (HSH) seeks a Full Time MARRIED COUPLE interested in serving as Residential Retreat Center coordinators and Event Manager and Assistant Manager. Preferred candidates will reside on the 170-acre wooded property in Jarrett, Virginia (about 30 minutes south of Richmond, VA) providing oversight for the Retreat Center Operations, Fundraising, Guest/Client Relations, Outreach and Marketing, General Facilities Cleaning, Management and Maintenance, Asset and Inventory Management, Reservations Management, Bookkeeping and Accounting and Facilitation of Spiritual Activities and Events and Worship Services for a non-denominational Christian church located at HSH. Spiritual activities include Sunday morning prayer service, Tuesday or Thursday evening weekly Bible Study, and leading Prayer Teams/Prayer calls. Harmony Spiritual Haven Radio is a medium that can also be used in marketing and event activities. A college degree is required in Christian Theology based studies in addition to excellent communication skills, event marketing and management and computer skills. Experience in marketing and event coordination, hospitality and Ministry are preferred.
Benefits and compensation is a total value up to $53,000.00 per year. This includes a one-bedroom, Abel House with modern amenities, selected utilities and expenses paid, in addition to a $2,000.00/monthly stipend/Commission
