Position Description:
Clarksburg Community Church is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to continue providing biblical teaching, pastoral care, and leadership to a_noemailplish our mission to serve God and the_noemailmunity by following Christ's teachings and extending His Love to all. Under the leadership of God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit our Teacher and Comforter, our new Pastor will provide pastoral oversight, direction and shepherding to CCC. Through our staff and volunteers, our new Pastor will seek to implement appropriate ministry programs and activities to fulfill the intent and spirit of the CCC Mission.

**Education**

**Professional Experience**
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-time vocational ministry.

**Responsibilities**
Develop weekly worship services and sermons.
Communicate to CCC's staff, volunteer leaders, and the congregation.
Act as primary teaching Pastor.
Provide shepherding and pastoral care to the congregation.
Develop worship services that speak to members and attendees of diverse ages and levels of spiritual maturity.
Represent the church in the_noemailmunity.
Lead the church in prayer ministry.
Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms and confirmations.
