Job Qualifications:
Master of Divinity or Master of Arts in Religion (required)
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level pastoral experience
At least 8 years of ministry experience, including leadership and administration
Licensed and ordained in the Baptist denomination
Strong preaching, teaching, and interpersonal skills
Technologically proficient and open to innovation
Committed to inclusivity and servant leadership
