Qualifications:

Meet the qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-16, with particular emphasis to be given to the manner in which he demonstrates spiritual leadership and companionship in his own home.
Be ordained and of sound Bible doctrine, He will also subscribe to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 statement.
Satisfactorily demonstrate that he is a Spirit-led, Bible believing man of God with a Reformed Theological and Doctrinal position
Be willing to relocate to the Durango, Colorado community.
Have a 4-year degree in something appropriate to a pastoral position

Duties

Proclaim or preach the gospel to believers and non-believers
Lead the church to engage in the fellowship of worship, witness, missions, and education ministry.
Lead the church in performing its ministries.
Care for the church's membership and other people in the community.
