After 25 years of service, our current Senior Pastor, in coordination with our Elders, has identified that the time is right for passing the torch of pastoral leadership to a new leader. Once the transition takes place, the current Senior Pastor will remain on staff to serve the new Senior Pastor and the church family as an associate pastor.
At the core of our church family is the desire to demonstrate authentic love and develop an adventurous faith. Our mission is to reach out as we journey together with Jesus. Our strategy is to care for one another, connect with others, and cultivate our relationship with God.
Our foundation is the Word of God. All of God's Word is of equal value; therefore, we will be careful to not focus on particular passages to justify our preferences (2 Timothy 3:16–17). We are all growing in our knowledge of the Word and no one has all the answers: therefore, when we wrestle with the doctrinal questions that the Church has wrestled with for centuries, we will wrestle as brothers and sisters (Ephesians 4:15–16).
