Job Description:
The senior pastor will serve as the spiritual leader and shepherd of Christian Center of Mesquite, providing vision, teaching, and leadership to guide the church in fulfilling its mission. This individual will oversee all aspects of spiritual life, preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and staff leadership -- equipping the congregation to live out their faith and reach the community with the love of Christ.

Job Qualifications:
-A clear, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life that reflects biblical integrity.
-A calling to pastoral ministry and alignment with the mission and values of Christian Center of Mesquite.
-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pastoral ministry.
-A degree in theology, biblical studies, or ministry from an accredited seminary.
-Strong leadership, communication, and relational skills.
-Demonstrated ability to equip and develop others for ministry.
-Committed to prayer, sound doctrine, and the authority of Scripture.
-A calling to pastoral ministry and alignment with the mission and values of Christian Center of Mesquite.
