Responsibilities:

Spiritual Leadership:
Encourage and equip lay ministry teams and congregation members to fulfill the church's goals and vision.
Preach, teach, and shepherd the congregation through weekly services and other opportunities.
Administrative Leadership:
Oversee and collaborate with staff and volunteer teams to facilitate weekly worship services and other church ministries.
Ensure effective use of resources and alignment with the church's vision and mission.
Oversee and meet with ministry teams for the purposes of managing funds and the church budget.
Staff Leadership:
Lead and develop ministerial staff, deacons, and team leaders to achieve their goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
Pastoral Care:
Provide shepherding needs to the church body, including counseling, weddings, funerals, and other pastoral duties.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with church bylaws and denominational organizations.
