Job Description:
Senior Pastor preferably a family man, as we are a family orientated church. Up to the age of 40, Need to have gone to school, preferably some theology classes. Must have leadership skills. Must be able to preach, and teach. Will be over all aspects of the church. Must be able to get along with church Deacons. Be prepared to help build up the membership of the church, with appropriate programs for all ages. Must appeal to the youth in the community. Must be available if needed for the church family. Should be able to counsel and attend to the needs of the congregation and community.
