Job Description:

NorthPoint is seeking a Student Pastor to develop and lead the student ministry from 6th-12th Grade, while developing a strong connection between both young adult and kids ministries.

Responsibilities

Cultivating ministry
Design, plan, and execute age-appropriate high school and middle school ministries that cultivate _noemailmunities of grace and truth
Develop and implement a yearly plan of middle school and high school events including camps, mission trips and outreach activities

Leadership development
Identify, recruit, and equip high-capacity volunteer leaders who can multiply the impact of the student ministry
Train and empower student leaders to serve throughout NorthPoint Church strategic partnerships Provide regular_noemailmunication, counsel, and training to parents of students
Cultivate partnerships and connections in the local_noemailmunity by:
Establishing a presence on school campuses in the vicinity of NorthPoint
Connecting with students outside of events and weekly meetings

Other Areas
Potentially preach in the main NorthPoint service occasionally
Assist in other areas of the church when needed

This position requires a person of utmost integrity & spiritual maturity who is a self-motivated and flexible team player. This person must have a heart for students with the ability to partner with parents and build a team of leaders for maximum effectiveness. This person should have strong alignment with NorthPoint's mission, values, and culture. This person should have proven experience in student ministry. This person's style should be relational with strong execution skills.
