Key Responsibilities

Our Mission Statement: Developing mature Christian disciples who are fully connected to the extended family of the church and equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission.
>>Students b_noemailing disciples & students b_noemailing disciple-makers Disciple and train those adults who serve in teen ministry.
Develop a relationship with the parents in order to be co-laborers in teen development
Set clearly defined goals for the Student Ministry
Hold quarterly informational meetings with parents
Teaching
Oversee all material used in both middle and high school
Develop a scope and sequence for both departments
Teaching material must be biblical, practical, and meet the spiritual needs of the teens
Activities
Develop a yearly plan of activities
Plan annual/biannual mission's trips and yearly youth camps
Prepare and submit yearly budget
Reach out to new teens while attempting to connect them with other teens
Regularly contact absentees either by phone or visit
Provide equal treatment to all teens
Encourage teen involvement in the ministry at HBC
Pray for each teen on a regular basis
Establish program for teens that show a desire to grow spiritually
Develop strong teen leadership
