DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Strong communication skills for regular interaction with our pastoral staff and
with women in the church
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to accept feedback and direction
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Mailchimp and
other administrative programs
- Ability/interest in managing and monitoring digital and social media
