Countryside Christian Church in Keizer, Oregon is seeking a passionate, humble, individual to join our Team as a Worship and Digital Communication Pastor. This position will oversee and implement both areas of ministry. Here are a few:

Leading the congregation in worship.
Leading a team of volunteer musicians in weekly rehearsals.
Coordinating with the lead pastor each week planning worship services and upcoming events.
Coordinating with the tech team each week for a quality audio and visual worship experience.
Regular communication and meetings with the pastor, staff, and worship team.
Weekly Staff Meeting
Recruiting, training and developing others to serve.
As needed and TBD ministry events.

The Digital Ministry Director is responsible for creating an online experience that accurately reflects the mission and vision of Countryside. There is potential for Worship and Digital specifics to cross over into the other ministry areas. Along with that will be "in house" responsibilities. Here are a few:

Timely maintenance of church Website.
Graphic design for webpages/slides & publications.
Social media weekly posts.
Creatively develop weekly bulletins.
All Church communications via email and text provider.
Assemble weekly service slides for worship services and special events in ProPresenter.
Administrator for Google domain, Facebook and Google Workspace for Non-Profits.
Maintain Google Business Profile.
Correspondence with Missional Marketing.
Produces online content and weekend service content that is done with excellence and which reflects our values.
Organizes teams administratively with schedules, and service details, for online and technical ministry.
