Worship Director Job - Lord of Glory Lutheran Church, Grayslake, Illinois

A word about our church. Lord of Glory is located in Grayslake, Illinois, a north suburb of Chicago. It's a wonderful, family-friendly_noemailmunity, and our congregation, celebrating 25 years in ministry, seeks to serve our_noemailmunity however the Lord calls us to do so. We are known, by God's grace, for dynamic worship, an engaged and connected faith family, youth that love to serve, a food pantry that serves thousands each month, a Comfort Dog that builds bridges, and many other creative ways to engage people relationally and spiritually.

A word about the position. We are looking to add a Worship Director to our staff team. This person would lead a team of people that would engage our people in worship on Sunday mornings and for other worship experiences. This person would love the Lord and love working with, serving, and leading a variety of people. This person would work closely with our Pastor and other staff members, as working as a team is a high value for us. This person would work together with the staff team to plan worship for our faith family that engages, connects them with the Lord, and sends them out to be the light of the world.
