Job Description:
The Worship Director is responsible for leading worship in services and events utilizing their talent, creativity, technical skills, and leadership that engages the church, worship staff and volunteers. Reports to the head of church operations but regularly partners with the head of ministry and the senior pastor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate or lead worship in main services and special events.
Lead and develop the worship team including both staff and volunteers.
Assist with Youth and Young Adult worship as needed.
Train and develop student/youth volunteers in worship.
Manage scheduling and_noemailanizing of worship sets and team members.
Assists the creative arts department as needed for media related content.

Qualifications:
The individual must be experienced in leading worship for in person and on-line services, spiritually mature, collaborative and align with Grace Calvary Chapel's doctrinal beliefs and share in our vision and values that include:
