Job Description:
New Creation Chicago is contracting a singer/musician for Sunday morning worship services. The ideal individual will be able to play keys and sing or play guitar and sing. Applicants who are musicians only and not singers can still apply.
Must include link of you leading people in worship to be considered.
The work hours will be primarily Sundays mornings 8am-11am. Compensation is negotiable but is_noemailmensurate to the level of proficiency of the person hired.

About New Creation Church
New Creation Church is a new Christian non-denominational church in the heart of the Hyde Park neighborhood on Chicago's south side. After serving in pastoral ministry 14 years, Pastor Ricky Brown felt the call to plant a church in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Ricky dreamed of a multiethnic, intergenerational community that reflects the beauty and diversity of God's creation of humanity. A place where people could be taught the Word of God and experience the love of God from the people of God. The hope of the Gospel offers a newness of life that can only come through a relationship with Jesus Christ. God gave the mission for the church: Inviting People to Become a New Creation, meaning we don't want to stop at being made new ourselves, but we want to invite other people into the same process that radically changed our lives, a loving relationship with Jesus.We launched September 9, 2018, but the process involved a 3-4 year period of seeking the face of God.
