Worship Leader Position
The Crown Point Christian Reformed Church of Crown Point (IN) is searching for a full time Worship Leader. The person who fills this position will bring creative and strategic energy to our growing ministry and mission. The individual will be a member of our Ministry Staff team. The candidate will be passionate about our vision to grow deeper in discipleship while partnering in our community to share and show Christ's love in relational settings.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep faith, a teachable spirit, self-starting motivation, effective communication, leadership ability and skills relatable to each area and work well in team settings, connecting with individuals while strategically developing their area to implement our vision.
Crown Point Christian Reformed Church is a thriving and growing congregation of 400 attenders, 150 of whom have come in the last year and a half. The church is multi-generational with a vibrant ministry to 100+ children, active Jr and Sr High ministries, adult Life Groups, and volunteer involvement of young and elderly alike. The congregation is active in the community, providing a variety of large-scale events and developing partnerships to share and show Christ's love.
The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, three years of ministry experience, and familiarity and alignment with the teachings of the Christian Reformed Church.
