Job Description:

This position provides you the opportunity to further FBC Lake Alfred's mission of developing disciples and deploying them for mission by leading them to worship through music each week, elevate the church's digital presence, and collaborate with the lead pastor on mobilizing people for ministry and mission. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a new pastor to lead and leverage the people of God at FBC Lake Alfred to fulfill the mission God has designed for them.

FBC Lake Alfred is a church that is located at a pivotal point along the Interstate 4 corridor. Lake Alfred is about 15 miles west of Disney and between Tampa and Orlando. Lake Alfred is a city that is rapidly transforming from a rural agricultural town to a suburban area with thousands of homes currently being built. This provides many opportunities for reaching both the neighborhood and the nations. It is also an amazing place to live for not only the weather but because of the availability of financially affordable homes.  

Qualifications:

Agrees with the beliefs of FBC Lake Alfred (Baptist Faith & Message 2000)
Bachelor of Arts preferred, but not required
Strong leader, capable of leading experienced volunteers
Ability to mix sound at a base level
General understanding of all aspects of AVL
Experience and proficiency in media elements such as: ProPresenter7, Multi-tracks, Planning Center
Online, Ableton, and/or Logic Pro.
Basic understanding of music theory, and ability to musically lead/give direction to musicians and singers
