Job Description:

We are looking for a person who has a sense of calling to lead the people of God in a weekly worship experience. This person will be responsible for leading a gifted, experienced volunteer band. They will coordinate with the pastors each week to design the worship flow. They are expected to help int he shepherding and development of the worship volunteers.

Our person will be responsible for the care, maintenance and development of our sound systmer and AV equipment. They are responsible to work with our tech team in developing worship slides for our overhead projection system. And will will work with our tech coordinator in recruiting and scheduling our tech team.

In addition, this person will oversee the creation of our graphics and oversee our social media platform. The worship minister will develop and oversee their yearly budget for the worship ministry and tech area of the church. 

About NorthBridge Church:

We are an intentional church plant that is sixteen years old. Two of the three original pastors are still part of the staff. We tend to be a middle class, young professional congregation. We have people in all age ranges, but the bulk tends to be families with elementary aged kids.

Qualifications:

We want a person who has a sense of calling to serve the people of God through music, the arts and graphic design. If you do not have a servant heart nor a desire to lead through team, please do not apply.

All candidates should be able to play some kind of instrument, be proficient with multitracks, click tracks, in ear monitors, Adobe Suite and Planning Center.
