Job Description:
North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church (NOEFC) is seeking a full-time Pastor/Director of Worship Arts (PWA) to lead and elevate their blended traditional and contemporary worship experience, fostering an atmosphere where congregants encounter God's presence. This competitive salaried role requires strong vocal and instrumental abilities, a deep understanding of worship's purpose, and a passion for guiding others into meaningful worship. The PWA will partner with the Senior Pastor to design and lead services, oversee worship and A/V teams, lead special events, and carry out other duties as directed. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, relational, musical, artistic, and technological skills, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, professionalism, creativity, and adaptability, reporting directly to the Senior Pastor. NOEFC is located in North Olmsted, Ohio, with a campus in Elyria, averaging 400 in attendance, and is associated with the Evangelical Friends Church – Eastern Region.
