Job Description:

The Church at Litchfield Park has an opening for a Youth Director in Arizona to assume responsibility for the oversight and direction of the Middle School and High School youth. This job requires a strong Christian faith, along with an attitude of cooperation, dependability, rapport and maturity with youth, key volunteers, church staff, and pastors.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to: the ability to relate well to a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment; planning and executing weekly, monthly, and annual events; supervisory skills for adult volunteers; exceptional_noemailanizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work well with the pastors; and, experience in effectively leading youth.
