Youth Discipleship Leader & Coordinator of Family Life Ministry Job - Zion Lutheran Church, Ann Arbor, Michigan

Zion Lutheran Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a Youth Discipleship Leader and Coordinator of Family Life Ministry. The expectation is that the person serving in this position will work with other staff and lay leaders to develop, and lead programs and experiences that create an atmosphere of spiritual growth for youth disciples in the middle school through high school age groups and their families. Additionally, the person serving in this position will provide_noemailanizational coordination assisting pastoral staff and core ministry groups with adult education offerings and the small group activities of the church.

Applicants should have a genuine passion for working in youth ministry and have the ability and energy to develop a strong relationship with adolescents. Additionally, strong_noemailanizational skills, the ability to multi task and be willing to work with both youth and adults in a goal driven environment is vital. The successful candidate will work under a flexible evening, weekend, summer and holiday schedule.

This is a full time salaried position working a varied forty - hour per week schedule. Salary will be_noemailmensurate with degree and/or experience. The desired candidate will have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and have two (2) to five (5) year's successful position related experience. Emphasis will be placed on a strong youth leadership background and training.
