ABOUT THE YOUTH PASTOR/DIRECTOR: The Youth Pastor/Director will provide overall direction, coordination, and implementation of the youth ministries of the congregation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ministries designed to make fully formed followers of Jesus.
Interact and communicate effectively with youth by building strong, vibrant interpersonal relationships.
Provide opportunities for youth to experience ministry, mission, and outreach opportunities, both within (such as camps) and outside the church.
Recruit, organize, train, motivate, and supervise youth ministry volunteers and leaders through regular team meetings and focused training.
Preach occasionally.

A creative and energetic self-starter who is passionate about sharing the Gospel with youth.
