Looking for a youth pastor that is qualified to lead a growing youth ministry that currently has approximately 40-50 jr high and high school students on average. Needs to have a heart to reach the lost and the ability to raise up disciples. Needs to be able to invite, equip and empower other adult leaders and be a team player.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to make an impact as we are a growing church and they are building the brand new high school right next door to the church giving us great opportunities to reach the students of the valley with school clubs, post sport event, etc. This position would also include preaching opportunities.

About MVF Church:
MVF is a 16 year old congregation with the original Lead Pastor. We have had consistent leadership that has offered stable consistent growth over the years. We recently finished a new facility and have seen exponential growth since having more room. We are an EFCA church. You can view the doctrinal statement at efca.org. We are located in the beautiful and growing Heber Valley. Many of the people we reach are out of the LDS (Mormon) faith.
A new high school is being built next door and we have great potential to reach a large number of students, so we are looking for someone with drive and who is confident that they can handle a potential youth ministry of hundreds.
