Job Description:
Bethel Church, a Spirit filled nondenominational church in Magnolia, Arkansas, is looking for a couple to be their next full time Youth Pastor.

Bethel Church is a worshipping church that values worship, prayer,_noemailmunity, outreach, discipleship, and service.
Requirements include but not limited to:
-Preaching/ Teaching in youth services.
-Training up student and adult leaders.
-Interacting with students in their world:
schools, games, events, church
-Taking a role in Sunday morning services.
-Must be a team player
-Integrity
-Able to create a presence of Bethel Youth Ministry in the_noemailmunity.
-Relevant and passionate_noemailmunicator.
-Able to_noemailmunicate clearly with students and parents.
-Ability to lead worship is a big bonus
-Can build a team and raise up leaders.
-Working with the lead pastor in all aspects of ministry in the church.
-Knowledge of sound and media a plus but not a must.
