The right candidate will have leadership experience, possess a sound knowledge of the Bible, and demonstrate a spiritual maturity in keeping with senior church leadership as outlined in 1st Timothy 3 and Titus 1. He or she would also need to fit well into our staff chemistry and would be able to contribute to staff decisions on the future and well-being of the church.
