Full-time Youth Director—Courthouse Community United Methodist Church (CCUMC) in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking a person to direct a large, active and mission focused team of youth and adult volunteers who desire to grow deeper in relationship with Christ and the world. This ministry actively supports the vision and goals of CCUMC to "transform the world" and impact the community with the love of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through large group and small group experiences at the church and in the community as well as regular outreach to the most vulnerable in the region and across the country. Candidate should have experience in a multi-staff church and be gifted in recruiting and training of youth and adult volunteers. Undergraduate degree/certification in youth ministry or related field is preferable. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
