Candlelight Christian Fellowship is looking for a full time music and the arts pastor. The candidate would assist with service flow, music: plan for and lead worship team(s) each Sunday and Wednesday evening, work with technology: manage and oversee all audio / video equipment and usage. Set up and tear down of staging / lighting / etc. Manage and organize studio. Oversee and produce audio and video recordings as assigned. Production and promotion: Teaching ministries, and assist with and help organize the musical components of outreach opportunities, etc.
Salary will depend on experience and family need/dynamics. Candidate must be a solid bible believing Christian (please see www.CandlelightFellowship.org "statement of faith"), able to lead a growing congregation of 800, able to lead in a flexible contemporary style while maintaining use of the hymns. Candidate must also be willing to relocate to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
