Position Summary: The Associate Worship Director is driven to worship and glorify God, and in doing so brings vision, leadership, a drive for excellence and continual improvement, musicality and the Word of God to the worship experience. Working closely with the Director of Worship Ministries and Worship Elders, s/he is responsible for the musical component of the traditional worship experience for our multi-generational congregation; s/he leads, develops and sometimes mentors a large group of musicians and vocalists; s/he collaborates with other staff members to provide a meaningful worship service.
