Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Seminary training with concentration in music, choral and worship ministry preferred Pastor/shepherd's heart with passion for God, God's people, God's Word, as well as lost and unchurched Experience in coordination and leadership of worship service Business knowledge and computer skills for preparation of music ministry budget Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and lead weekly worship as well as special events Direct a 35 member choir. Lead worship band consisting of piano, keyboards, drums, bass and guitars Coordinate with technical crew Connect congregation, choir and musicians through blended worship Assist in Pastoral Ministry as necessary to serve the Body of Christ and the community If full time, additional Pastoral Responsibilities commensurate with skills and experience
