Worship Director Job Description
Walks as a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ
Plan worship services with elders and pastors
Recruit and supervise music ministry volunteers
Maintain high level of proficiency in music trends and theology of music
Coordinate the music calendar with the church calendar and enhance the emphasis of the church
Prepare and administer the music budget in conjunction with Deacon of Worship
Prepare and present detailed annual vision for the music program
Possesses musical excellence in singing, instrumentation, and directing
Maintain excellent personal skills with cordial and professional conduct
Walks in Christlike faith which shows itself through service and theology of song choices
Teachable, with a desire to grow in their faith and abilities.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay: Negotiable

Hours:Approximately 20 hours per week.
