Director of Worship Arts Beavercreek Christian Church Position Summary The Director of Worship Arts is responsible for music and worship experiences for Beavercreek Christian Church's Sunday gatherings and encouraging people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. The Director supports the church's mission and vision by leading contemporary worship services in collaboration with a talented team of musicians, singers and technicians. Skills required include strong musical aptitude and team leadership. The Director of Worship Arts reports directly to the Lead Pastor. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours a week.
