Responsibilities: · Be responsible for administration of all aspects of the Children's Ministry · Work with the Lead Pastor in setting vision and goals for Children's Ministry to align with the direction of the Lead Pastor and the Vision of Clearpoint Church · Work with Lead Pastor and Pastor of Small Groups and Discipleship in setting vision and goals for Children's Ministry curriculum, teaching and family discipleship initiatives. · Enlist, Equip and Empower Adult leaders to serve · Provide leadership and direction for Adult Volunteer ministers · Plan, Oversee, and Lead Sunday morning Children's Ministry activities · Organize Camps, Trips, Retreats, and other yearly events for the Children's Ministry · Visit School Campuses as often as possible and as allowed · Coordinate Fund-raising opportunities for camps and events · Meet with Staff for monthly staff gatherings · Be available to help and assist other Pastor Team members as needs arise Qualifications: · To have passion to evangelize and disciple children · A Christian for at least five years and an active member of an evangelical church.  · A desire to teach and mentor children with patience and an accepting heart.  · Experience as a Children's Ministry leader in a church ministry or a Christian organization. · Holding or pursuing a degree in theology, early childhood and/or elementary education. · Fluency in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
