Qualifications:

1. Be spiritually centered and committed to a relationship with Jesus Christ

2. Possess the gift to shepherd people

3. Have a strong musical background

Responsibilities:

1. Full time 40-50 hours per week

2. Provide spiritual leadership to the praise, worship, and music ministry of Macedonia

3. Lead worship for every service provided through the ministry of Macedonia (an ability to play the piano, teach musical parts, direct, and sing is strongly desired)

4. Provide pastoral care to those involved in the music and arts ministries

5. Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Pastor or Executive Pastor
