JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the direction, development, implementation and management of age appropriate activities and programs to educate and grow the Christian faith from birth through Grade 6.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: In the following programs, the CMD will
1) Recruit and train volunteer staff
2) Evaluate, choose and manage the curriculum of each program
3) Purchase supplies and materials
4) Maintain/promote appropriate safety/disciplinary guidelines
5) Actively participate in and/or serve as instructor

NURSERY & TINY TOTS
PRESCHOOL-GRADE 6 CLASSES (Sunday and Wednesday)
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
UPWARD BASKETBALL

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
2) Educational background in Children's Ministries, Early Childhood Education and/or Biblical Studies
3) Professional or volunteer experience in Children's Ministry
4) Skill in organization, administration and interpersonal relationships
