Hillside Community Church Seeking a Lead Pastor If the concept of reaching unchurched people, multiplying followers of Christ and spawning new churches excites you, Hillside may just be the place for you. If you are a gifted leader who can communicate God’s Word with relevancy and practical application, Hillside may be the right fit for you. God has begun an amazing work at HCC and as our present Lead Pastor approaches retirement we want to see the ministry continue to grow. Hillside Community Church is a multi-site church with three sites. We are located in beautiful central Pennsylvania. The original church has been in existence for 95 years and is located in Bellwood, a small town with an awesome school system and a real community feel. The combined present attendance is 370. There are three full-time pastors and a part-time music director. HCC is conservative in doctrine, non-charismatic and premillennial. The worship style is contemporary. He needs to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Bible and is willing to stay for the long term.
