Pollard UMC in Tyler, TX is looking for a full-time Children's Director. Strong candidate will have a growing personal faith in Christ, create new and innovative ways of engaging children from 0 to 5th grade in their faith in Christ and service to others, plus experience recruiting, training, and encouraging adults to serve in the church children's ministry events. Director will work with clergy and membership to provide regular outreach events for children, vacation Bible School, Sunday School, weekly Children's worship, and a once a year Special Kid's Sundays. Pollard celebrated its 60th year of bringing faith, hope, and love to families in Tyler. We are a neighborhood church with Traditional and Contemporary worship with a focus on reaching the children and families located in South Tyler and surrounding areas.
