The congregation is experiencing growth in worship attendance and in missional spirit. We are seeking a full time discipleship oriented / missional leader who will assume ministry responsibility for our children's ministry and their families. This position would place you as a key member of our pastoral ministry team. A bachelor's degree or stronger is required along with strong leadership, organizational, and relationship skills. Three years of congregational children's ministry experience is required. Salary is flexible (32,000 to 40,000) depending on experience and education.
